TUSKEGEE, Ala. | Playing for the first time in 15 matches in front of their home crowd, the Tuskegee University volleyball team picked up a key SIAC victory over Stillman 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-22) inside Chappie James Arena.

Pamela Allen led Tuskegee (9-7, 7-5 SIAC) with 12 kills on 26 total attempts, hitting .385 for the match. Jacqueline Wilson added seven kills and Jamiah Breda-Nixon six in the victory. Morgan Scrivens led the Tigerettes with 31 assists, while Janae Graham led the way with 12 digs and Zahria Radford added 10 digs. Scrivens led a trio of Tigerettes with five digs each, including Allen and Breda-Nixon.

The team registered with 34 kills, hitting .168 for the night. Defensively, the Tigerettes registered 50 digs, while also adding six blocks.

Stillman (10-9, 8-3 SIAC) was led by Sheila Dailey with 11 kills, while Kendra Ramos 21 assists.

Tuskegee held Stillman to just .120 hitting on the night, with 24 kills on 83 total attempts.

The Tigerettes return to action next week with a trio of matches, beginning on Tuesday on the road against Emmauel. They return to action on Thursday in Fairfield against Miles before returning home to face Spring Hill on Friday night at 6 pm.
