The Tuskegee University volleyball team won its second consecutive match Thursday evening inside the Chappie James Center by defeating Oakwood College 3-0. It would mark back to back games in which the Golden Tigers defeated an opponent in straight sets. The final scores happened in a dominating fashion (25-13, 25-12, 25-6).

Dating back to 2017, Tuskegee has now won all three meetings in its series series with Oakwood.Â
The Golden Tigers only allowed a hitting percentage on average of -.114 from Oakwood, a season high defensively.
Skegee will remain off before hitting the road on Sept. 23 for the SIAC Crossover at LeMoyne Owen.
