Tuskegee secured a thrilling walk-off victory in the opening game of Sunday's doubleheader, as Harrison Glass delivered the game-winning RBI double in the bottom of the ninth inning.

The Golden Tigers struck first in the bottom of the first when Ryan Morrow lifted a sacrifice fly to bring home the game's first run.

Kentucky State responded in the second, plating three runs to take a 3-1 lead. Tuskegee quickly answered, reclaiming the advantage in the bottom of the second behind an RBI groundout from Devon Lee and a two-run home run from Evan Jones.

The teams continued trading runs, with Kentucky State edging ahead 5-4 in the third inning.

However, Tuskegee responded once again in the fourth, as John Saffold's RBI single, another fielder's choice from Morrow, and a run-scoring single by Glass put the Golden Tigers up 7-5.

James Slaughter extended the lead in the eighth inning with a solo home run to left field, but Kentucky State mounted a rally in the ninth, scoring three runs to take a 9-8 lead.

The Golden Tigers, however, refused to go down without a fight. Morrow delivered a clutch RBI single to tie the game, setting the stage for Glass, who ripped a double down the left field line to drive in the winning run.

Rodney Mudd II earned the win in relief for Tuskegee, tossing 3.1 innings while allowing just one hit and one run. Amare Morgan got the start, pitching 2.2 innings and allowing four runs on five hits.
