TUSKEGEE, Ala. – Tuskegee baseball will host SIAC foe Spring Hill this weekend in the final home series of the season, with a three-game stretch over this Friday and Saturday at Washington Field. The Golden Tigers will also celebrate Senior Day prior to the Saturday doubleheader.

Tuskegee will look to get in the win column after dropping its two previous contests, falling to Miles 17-7 on Monday, April 15, while also falling to Point at home, 12-2, on Wednesday, April 17. The Golden Tigers currently are 10-29 overall and 8-18 in conference play. They are also 6-11 at home, and closing the home slate with the series against Spring Hill.
 
Nicholas Pratt leads Tuskegee in starts (30) and games played (32), holding a batting average of .299, on-base percentage of .378, and .330 slugging percentage. Meanwhile, Devon Lee leads pitching unit with three wins on the year, holding a 6.91 ERA in 54.2 innings pitched, while also leading the team with 30 strikeouts.

Spring Hill is coming into the series having lost two straight non-conference games after falling to West Florida at home 17-9 on Tuesday, followed by a 12-2 loss to Loyola on the road in New Orleans. The program is currently 25-18 overall and 20-7 in SIAC action.
 
The Badgers have a batting average of .315, a slugging percentage of .463, 317 RBI and a league-leading 436 hits and 78 doubles so far this season. Individually, Spring Hill has five players who have a batting average over .300, led by Ethan Valdez and Seth Williams at .338 and .331, respectively. Valdez has 49 hits, including five doubles, 33 runs batted in and 24 runs scored, while Williams also has 49 hits, including 11 doubles, to go along with ten homers, 37 RBIs and a team-high 43 runs.
